If you have trouble logging in and you are able to log into DrexelOne, please submit the following to ais_student@drexel.edu

  • Your Name
  • Your UserID
  • Description of the problem you are having
  • Error message (if any)
  • Browser you are using and its version.  E.g. IE7, IE8, Firefox 3.6 etc.
  • The operating system on your computer.  E.g. Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac OSX etc.
  • Are you running a 32bit OS?
